Ingredients
- 4 tablespoon olive oil
- 250 g rice (parboiled rice), 1 lare cup
- 1 liter boiling water
- 1 teaspoon, leveled sea salt
- 150 g feta cheese, more Greek, in cubes
- 250 g cherry vine tomato (s), with the stem
- Pepper from the grinder

- Let the olive oil get hot in a deep pan and roast the rice in it for three minutes. Add the boiling water. Add the sea salt and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Lightly mash the tomatoes. Add the stick and the feta to the pan. Turn off the stove. With the lid closed, let it simmer for 5 minutes.
- Remove the stem. Arrange in plates and serve with fresh pepper from the mill.
