Ingredients
- 1 glass cherry (s) (sour cherries)
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 200 g cream cheese
- 500 g quark
- 100 g powdered suar
- 6 tablespoon milk
- 250 ml egg liqueur
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 400 g muesli (chocolate muesli)

- Mix the sour cherries with the sugar and cinnamon and let it steep overnight. Mix together the cheese, quark, powdered sugar and milk, then add eggnog, cream and vanilla sugar. Layer the mixture alternately with chocolate muesli on top of the cherries.
