Ingredients
- 100 g natural yourt, 1.5% fat
- 1 banana (s), or apple, pear, etc.
- 45 g muesli, your choice
- 1 pinch (s) cinnamon

- First you mash the banana with a fork or grate the apple, depending on the situation. Then all the ingredients are mixed together. If you want it sweeter, you can add sweetener, although I think the fruit actually gives off enough sweetness.
- Now put the bowl in the microwave for about 1 minute. Then sprinkle with cinnamon as you like and stir well.
- It tastes just delicious, so nice and warm, especially in winter / Christmas time. You almost think you`re eating something high in calories, but it`s very healthy if you don`t exaggerate the amounts.
