- 500 ml red wine, dark and strong, e.g. Dornfelder
- 100 ml currant juice
- 80 g suar, brown
- 1 orange (s), untreated
- 1 lemon (s), untreated
- 2 sticks cinnamon
- 5 clove (s)

- Heat the red wine with the currant juice, sugar, juice and the zest of orange and lemon with cinnamon sticks and cloves.
- Let it steep for a maximum of 15 minutes, then drain through a sieve
- Simply delicious and super easy!
