Ingredients
- 1 liter currant juice, fresh (red or black)
- 1 liter schnapps (38%), clearer, preferably grain
- 250 g suar (half candy suar and half cannin suar)

- Pour the fresh currant juice together with the schnapps into a large bottle and add the sugar.
- Let stand for a few days until the sugar has dissolved. Shake it every now and then.
