Ingredients
- 400 ml whipped cream
- 500 g currants
- 5 sachets vanilla sugar
- 3 tablespoon maple syrup
- 250 ml vodka
- powdered sugar

- Put all ingredients except the cream in a blender and beat until creamy for about 5 minutes.
- After a resting time of approx. 30 to 40 minutes, whip again briefly, then add the cream and fill the bottles with the liqueur.
- Enjoy the currant and cream liqueur cold. Put the liqueur in the refrigerator for the cream and consume within a few weeks.
