- 160 g suar
- 160 ml water
- 125 g blueberries
- 2 lemon (s)
- 500 ml still water
- 200 ml vodka

- Put 160 g sugar, 160 ml water and 125 g blueberries in a saucepan. Bring to the boil on the highest setting. As soon as it starts to boil, turn it down a bit. Let simmer for about 5 minutes and stir frequently. Then strain everything, ideally with a pasta sieve and leave to cool for 2 hours.
- Tips: If you have several servings, you can put everything together in a container and let them cool together, and you have homemade syrup. Then measure out 300 ml for further preparation.
- What is left in the sieve can be used as blueberry jam (it tastes great, so use it).
- Squeeze 2 lemons and pour the juice through a sieve into the 300 ml syrup.
- When everything has cooled down, put 500 ml of water in a container (preferably a bottle), add 300 ml of homemade syrup and finally 200 ml of vodka. Now just mix.
- Pour the contents into a glass, add a few ice cubes and serve.
