Ingredients

  • 4 egg (s)
  • 250 grams sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 150 ml oil
  • 350 g flour
  • 1 packet baking powder, 50 ml multivitamin juice

For covering:

  • 2 cups cream
  • 2 packs cream stabilizer
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • 3 cans tangerine (s) or seasonal fruit e.g. strawberries, peaches, kiwi, etc.

Instructions

  1. Mix the dough from the ingredients, spread on a baking sheet and bake at 175 degrees for about 20 minutes.
  2. Prepare a cream and sour cream mixture from the ingredients for the topping. Whip the cream, vanilla sugar and cream stiffener until stiff and fold in the sour cream.
  3. Cover the cooled base with the tangerines or other fruit and spread the cream and sour cream mixture over it. Decorate with chocolate sprinkles if necessary.
  4. I often bake the dough in advance. Cut it in half and freeze it. If necessary, I take it out of the freezer, defrost it briefly and cover it as described above (then only half the amount of the mixture). This means that I always have a good cake ready quickly when there is an unannounced visit.
