Mushroom Paste

Here is an interesting option on how to make mushroom pasta with artichokes. It is very appetizing, satisfying and tasty. I think this is just the perfect option for a hearty meal for the whole family.

Servings: 3-4

Ingredients

  • Butter – 3 Teaspoons
  • Onion – 1 Piece
  • Garlic – 1-2 Cloves
  • Mushrooms – 200-250 Grams
  • Artichokes – To taste (optional)
  • Cream – 250 Milliliters
  • Pasta – 400 Grams
  • Cheese – 50 Grams
  • Salt – 1 Pinch
  • Greens – 1 Pinch

Directions

  1. Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Melt the butter in a frying pan and fry the onion until transparent. Wash, dry and chop the mushrooms. Add them along with the garlic to the pan and fry, stirring occasionally.
  2. Season with salt and pepper if desired. Add artichokes. Pour the cream into a saucepan or frying pan in parallel, bring to a boil. Boil the pasta in salted water (so that the mushroom pasta is not porridge at home, they should not be cooked until fully cooked).
  3. Put mushrooms in boiling cream, simmer for a couple of minutes, add a pinch of fresh herbs.
  4. Throw the pasta in a colander, and then transfer to the pan to the sauce, mix well.
  5. The final touch, without which a recipe for making mushroom pasta is impossible, is cheese.
  6. Rub it on a grater. Add a little immediately to the pan, and leave some to serve.
  7. This is the result.
