Ingredients

  • 2 cans white beans with a little brew their own
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 8 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 pinch (s) pepper
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • 1 dash lemon (s)
  • Parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together and use the mixer to make a creamy paste. If the beans cannot be blended, they should be crushed with a fork beforehand.
  2. Sprinkle some parsley on top to garnish.
  3. Goes perfectly with bread or vegetables such as peppers and cucumber.
