Spinach Paste

Bright, appetizing, original and really tasty pasta in front of you. If you are not afraid of dough, love making noodles at home and want variety, remember the recipe!

Servings: 6-8

Ingredients

  • Spinach puree – 1 Cup
  • Flour – 3.5 Glasses (approximately)
  • Egg – 3 Pieces
  • Salt and Garlic – To taste

Directions

  1. We do the first two processes in parallel: combine the sifted flour with eggs and mix. Stew the spinach with a pinch of salt and garlic (if desired). Then grind in a blender and cool the puree.
  2. Add puree to flour and stir. Here is such a dough for spinach paste we got. Leave it on the table for 10-15 minutes to rest.
  3. Then divide into 4-5 parts, roll each very thinly.
  4. Cut the dough with a sharp knife. The workpiece is ready 🙂 It remains only to boil the pasta in salted water and serve.
