Mussels Like Navy

The naval mussels are cooked in butter with the addition of white wine.

Ingredients

  • Mussels – 20 pcs.
  • Butter – 50 g
  • Parsley – 1 bunch
  • Onions – 1 pc.
  • White pepper
  • White wine

Directions

  1. Wash the sinks thoroughly with a brush under running water.
  2. Melt butter in a saucepan.
  3. Finely chop the onion.
  4. Put the onion in melted butter and fry until transparent.
  5. Pour in wine.
  6. Layout the mussels.
  7. Chop the parsley.
  8. When the mussels are covered, sprinkle with chopped parsley. Spice up. Mix. Close the lid and cook over high heat.
  9. Put the mussels on a plate.
  10. Strain the broth and reheat.
  11. Pour broth on the mussels.
