Ingredients

  • 5 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 5 shallot (s), finely chopped
  • 2 bunches parsley, finely chopped
  • 250 g butter, soft
  • Pepper, freshly ground
  • sea-salt
  • 3 kg mussel (s) (mussels)
  • 0.5 liter ½ wine, white, dry
  • Chilli pepper (s), mild, for the garnish
  • Parsley, for the garnish

Instructions

  1. Mix the garlic, shallots and parsley with the butter and season with pepper and sea salt.
  2. Cook the mussels in the white wine for 3 minutes. Remove the top pans.
  3. Fill the knofibutter into the shell halves, place them next to each other on a baking sheet and bake at 200 ° C for 5-8 minutes. The butter should then be light brown.
  4. Arrange in circles on plates and garnish with parsley and mild chilli. Serve with baguette.
