Ingredients
- 100 g mustard
- 100 g suar
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 400 ml oil
- 100 ml vinegar
- 0.5 ½ lemon (s), add the juice
- 1 orange (s), the juice it
- 2 cloves garlic)

- Mix the mustard, sugar and salt with a hand mixer. Gradually add the oil and vinegar and stir in. Add lemon and orange juice and finely chopped garlic cloves. Mix everything well with the hand mixer.
- Bottled, the dressing can be kept in the refrigerator for several weeks.
