Instructions

  1. Beat eggs, egg yolks, powdered sugar, salt and cognac until frothy. Stir the almonds and softened butter into the foam mixture. Mix the flour and baking powder and knead into the foam mixture with the dough hook.
  2. Cut off 1 cm thick cams with a teaspoon and bake in the deep fryer at 180 ° for 4-5 minutes until golden brown. Serve sprinkled with sugar.
