Ingredients
- 1 head iceberg lettuce
- 3 bell peppers, red, yellow, green
- 0.5 ½ cucumber (s)
- 3 tomato (s)
- 1 large can corn
- 1 can kidney beans
- 450 g sour cream
- 1 cup cream
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- pepper
- 1 onion (s)
- 500 g minced meat
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 500 ml sauce (salsa sauce)
- 200 g cheese, rated
- 1 bag / s nacho (s)

- Cut the lettuce, peppers, cucumber and tomatoes into small pieces. Drain the corn and beans and rinse with cold water. Mix with the prepared salad ingredients with 200 g sour cream and heavy cream. Season with salt and pepper and pour into a large bowl.
- Cut the onion into cubes and fry in hot oil with the minced meat. Season with chilli powder, 2 tablespoon salsa sauce, salt and pepper, let cool down a little and spread on the salad.
- Layer the remaining sour cream, remaining salsa sauce and cheese one after the other on top of the salad. Place in a cool place and spread the nachos on top just before serving.
