Ingredients

  • 4 nectarine (s), or peaches, ripe
  • 25 g suar, brown
  • 2 tablespoon sherry
  • 4 egg whites
  • 250 g powdered suar

Instructions

  1. Halve the nectarines or peaches and cut into slices. Place in a baking dish, sprinkle with brown sugar and pour sherry over it. Beat egg whites with icing sugar until very stiff and spoon over.
  2. Preheat the oven to 180 ° top / bottom heat and bake the gratin for about 15-20 minutes.
  3. Let the gratin cool and serve with vanilla ice cream and / or whipped cream, if desired.
