Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 300 grams flour
  • 75 grams sugar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 200 g butter

For covering:

  • 750 g nectarine (s)
  • 1 lemon (s), organic, grated zest it
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 3 teaspoons honey

Instructions

  1. Put all the ingredients for the shortcrust pastry together with 2 - 3 tablespoons of cold water in a bowl, first knead with the dough hook of the mixer to a crumbly dough, then knead together with your hands. Chill the dough for an hour.
  2. Grease a cake tin and dust it with flour. Wash the nectarines, pat dry and stone them, cut the pulp into wedges and mix with the grated lemon peel. Mix the cream cheese with the honey until smooth.
  3. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C (175 ° C convection).
  4. For the base, roll out half of the dough on a floured work surface. Line the mold with it and press it on the edge. Prick the bottom several times with a fork. Spread the cream cheese on top and lay out the nectarines. Roll out the rest of the dough and place it on top as a lid.
  5. Now slide the tart into the preheated oven on the middle rack and bake for about 35 minutes. Let cool on a wire rack.
  6. The recipe can also be varied with other fruits.
