Ingredients
- 200 g cream
- 300 g nectarine (s)
- 50 grams sugar
- 50 g vanilla suar, homemade
- 200 g natural yourt, 10% fat
- 100 g milk

- Whip the cream until stiff and set aside. Puree the nectarines with the sugar. Add the yogurt and milk and mix gently. Finally fold in the cream.
- Put everything in the ice cream maker for about 1 hour.
