Ingredients
- 1 small pumpkin (se), (Hokkaido), approx. 800 g
- 4 tablespoon olive oil, possibly a little more
- salt
- 1 tablespoon herbs, Italian, dried
- 1 small chilli pepper (s), red, fresh or dried
- 200 ml orange juice

- Cut the pumpkin into approx. 0.5 cm thick slices. Chop the chilli pepper as well.
- Fry both in hot oil, season and deglaze with orange juice. Cover and let simmer for about 5 minutes, then remove the lid and cook openly for another 5 minutes so that the brew is reduced.
- Tip: You can eat the bowl with Hokkaido.
