Ingredients
- 1 handful of nettles and groundgrass
- ½ handful of dandelions, leaves
- some lovage
- 3 tablespoon oil
- 1 clove (s) of garlic, chopped
- 1 onion (s), chopped
- 2 tablespoon flour
- 1 liter of water
- 1 vegetable stock cube
- salt and pepper
- ½ cup of cream, milk or sour cream
- daisy

- Wash the herbs and cut into small pieces.
- Steam the garlic and onion in the oil until translucent. Add the flour and stir. Add water, stock cubes and wild herbs. Bring to the boil, cook for 10 minutes and puree, season with the spices. Stir in cream or milk and whip the soup again.
- Decorate with daisy flowers.
