Ingredients

400 ml juice (elderberry)
400 ml juice (blackberry)
150 ml red wine, sweet or dry
0.5 ½ teaspoon, leveled cinnamon powder
0.5 ½ teaspoon, leveled coriander powder
4 clove (s)
g 1,220 preservin suar, 1: 1

Instructions

Put all ingredients in a tall saucepan and stir. Let rest for 5 minutes. Bring to the boil and simmer for 6 minutes. When filling the jars, use a small sieve to catch the cloves.
Tip:
Red wine and spices can also be left out. Then adjust the amount of preserving sugar.
If you like it less sweet, use 2: 1 preserving sugar.
