New Potato Puree

It’s easy to make the mashed potatoes that everyone loves. True, you need to know a few important details, which I am happy to share with you.

Servings: 5-6

Ingredients

  • Young Potatoes – 10 Pieces (Depending on the size of the potatoes)
  • Dry rosemary – 2 Tbsp. spoons
  • Butter – 6 Tbsp. spoons
  • Salt – 1 To taste
  • Pepper – 1 To taste

Directions

  1. We clean the potatoes and cut them into cubes. Place them in a large saucepan, add enough water to just cover the potatoes and bring them to a low boil.
  2. While the potatoes are boiling, melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat and add the rosemary. The rosemary should gradually soften and the butter should be brown. This will add a little flavor to us.
  3. When the potatoes are boiled, pour out the water and add the freshly cooked rosemary, skim the cream, salt and pepper to taste. We knead all this over low heat.
