- 500 g pasta
- Salt water
- 500 g minced meat
- 3 onion (s), chopped
- 3 peppers, colored
- 1 bag cheese (pizza cheese), grated
- 1 small Can (s) tomato (s), chopped
- 1 packet tomato puree
- salt and pepper

- Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente, drain. Sear the mince with the onions, add the diced peppers, season with salt and pepper. Add tomatoes and puree, season well again and let simmer briefly.
- Put some sauce, 1 layer of pasta, 1 layer of cheese in a baking dish and repeat until everything is used up. Finish with a layer of sauce on which the rest of the cheese is spread. Baked in the oven at 175 ° C for about 1/2 hour.
- Also ideal for using up leftover pasta and sauce. The amount is enough for about 4 people.
