Ingredients

  • 500 g pasta, variety your choice
  • 500 g minced meat, half and half
  • 500 g zucchini, cut into 1 cm cubes
  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • 1 can tomato (s), happened
  • 200 g herbal cream cheese
  • 250 g cheese, for ratinatin
  • 6 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Fry the minced meat with the onions in 2 tablespoons of olive oil; take out of the pan. Fry the zucchini cubes with 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
  2. In the meantime, cook the pasta according to the package instructions minus 1 minute.
  3. Add the minced meat, onions, the tomatoes and approx. 100 ml pasta water or beef stock to the vegetables. Bring to the boil and simmer for about 5 minutes. Stir in the herb cream cheese, bring to the boil and slowly simmer again.
  4. Grease the baking dish with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and alternately fill in a layer of pasta and a layer of sauce. Cover with the cheese and bake in the oven to taste. For this I recommend top heat or grill, since everything is already cooked through.
  5. The casserole is suitable for (small) children, very variable and easy to prepare.
