Ingredients

  • 1 packet puff pastry from the refrigerated shelf
  • 0.5 ½ glass Nutella
  • 100 g marzipan
  • almond slivers or corn flakes
  • 1 egg (s)

Instructions

  1. Roll out the puff pastry and brush with Nutella. Spread the marzipan thinly on top (the easiest way is to flatten small pieces) and sprinkle with sliced almonds.
  2. Roll the whole thing up and press the ends together, brush with egg and sprinkle with almonds. Bake in the oven at approx. 150 ° C (fan oven) until golden yellow.
  3. Variation: fill with cornflakes instead of almond slivers.
