Ingredients

  • 3 egg yolks
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 100 ml water
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 tablespoon rum
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • some lemon juice
  • 100 g nouat
  • 500 ml cream

Instructions

  1. Make a sugar solution from water and sugar and let cool.
  2. Beat the egg yolks, sugar solution, rum, lemon juice and salt vigorously until the mixture turns white and thick. Add melted nougat and stir in. Then whip the cream and fold in.
  3. Pour into a pudding pan and freeze for at least 24 hours. Dip the mold briefly in hot water before turning it over.
  4. This ice cream also tastes good with different types of chocolate instead of nougat.
