  • 150 g hazelnuts, round
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 pack cake icing, chocolate

Instructions

  1. Two sponge mixes must be made:
  2. Mixing batter 1: Mix 100 g butter and 130 g sugar, add 4 egg yolks, 200 g flour and 1/2 packet of baking powder, 1/8 l milk,
  3. Sponge mixture 2: Beat the 4 egg whites until stiff. Mix 100 g butter and 180 g sugar, 200 g flour and 1/2 packet of baking powder, 150 g hazelnuts, 1 packet of vanilla sugar, egg whites and 1/8 l milk.
  4. First pour the light-colored dough into a large, greased loaf pan that has been dusted with flour. Then the dark one on top.
  5. Bake at 190 ° C in the oven with top / bottom heat for approx. 50 - 60 minutes.
  6. Make a sample. Possibly pour chocolate over it if you like.
