Ingredients

  • 500g flour
  • 250 ml milk, lukewarm
  • 100 ml oil
  • 3 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • 0.5 ½ cube fresh yeast, 20 g
  • 400 g Nutella
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tablespoon milk

Instructions

  1. Put the lukewarm milk together with the yeast and powdered sugar in a large bowl, mix and let rise for 2-3 minutes. Add the flour and oil and mix everything together. Cover and let the dough rise for about 1 hour.
  2. Then knead again and divide into 4 equal pieces and shape into balls.
  3. Then the balls are gradually rolled out with a diameter of approx. 26 cm.
  4. Place the first piece of dough on a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the Nutella over it.
  5. Pour the second piece of dough over it and brush again with Nutella. Proceed in this order until there is no more dough left. Remove the Nutella from the last layer of batter.
  6. Cut out the dough into a pizza shape. Put a glass in the middle and cut into the dough like pieces of pizza.
  7. Finally, the triangles created in this way are cut in the middle. The glass can now be removed. Now always take a triangle and twirl it twice in the opposite direction outwards and glue the ends together well.
  8. This is how the great flower or star pattern is created in the end.
  9. Now the Nutella flower is covered and left to rise for 15 minutes.
  10. Then whisk the egg yolk with the milk and spread it on the Nutella flower and bake golden brown at 170 ° C top / bottom heat in a preheated oven for approx. 30 - 40 minutes.
