Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ paprika powder
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ pizza seasoning
- 50 ml water
- 2 puff pastry, round
- 100 g cheese, rated
- 50 g sausae, your choice
- 1 egg (s), for brushing, optional

- First, the sauce is prepared for the pizza. For this, the tomato paste is mixed with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika powder, pizza seasoning and water.
- Then the first puff pastry is spread with the sauce and topped with sausage cut into strips and grated cheese.
- Now the second puff pastry comes on top. A glass or cup is positioned in the middle over the puff pastry and strips are cut all around with a knife.
- Then the resulting strips are twirled twice each. If you want, you can whisk an egg and stroke it over the pizza flower.
- Finally, the pizza flower is baked at 200 ° C top and bottom heat in a preheated oven for about 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
