Ingredients

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 can bean sprouts
  • 1 can bamboo shoot (s)
  • 1 teaspoon sambal oelek
  • soy sauce
  • Ketchup, (curry ketchup)
  • Spice mixture, (Chinese spice)
  • 1 packet puff pastry, frozen
  • 1 egg yolk

Instructions

  1. Fry the minced meat. Add the bean sprouts and the bamboo shoots (if necessary chop them beforehand) and cook on a low heat until the bamboo shoots soften. Add spices to taste, mix well and let cool.
  2. Cut the 6 oblong puff pastry sheets in half. Then roll out these parts a little, distribute the minced meat mixture on top and fold them up like a bag. Brush the filled puff pastry pockets with egg yolk and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake at 180 ° C for about 15-20 minutes.
