Puff Pastry Cinnamon Rolls

These buns will become your favorites as soon as you cook them for the first time. Cinnamon gives the delicate yeast-puff pastry a spice and delicious aroma. Try it too!

Ingredients

  • Yeast puff pastry – 400 grams
  • Egg – 1 Piece
  • Sugar – 50 Grams
  • Cinnamon – 15 Grams

Directions

  1. Prepare all the ingredients you need. Defrost the dough slightly so that it is convenient to work with it.
  2. Combine sugar and cinnamon.
  3. Cut the dough into strips about 2 cm wide. Sprinkle them with a mixture of cinnamon and sugar.
  4. Roll the strips into rolls.
  5. Bake the buns for 15 minutes in an oven preheated to 200 degrees.
  6. The cinnamon rolls are ready. Have a nice tea!
