  • 1 point puff pastry
  • 150 g ham, cooked
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 2 tablespoon crème fraîche
  • 1 egg (s), including the egg white
  • 150 g cheese, rated
  • 1 egg (s), including the yolk
  • salt and pepper
  • oregano

Instructions

  1. Thaw the dough for approx. 7 minutes, finely chop the ham, onion and parsley. Add creme fraiche, cheese and egg white and mix together, season.
  2. Roll out the dough (approx. Double the area), spread the filling and roll up from the long side (leave approx. 2-3 cm free at the end). Coat with egg yolk. Cut into 2 cm thick slices and place on a baking sheet with parchment paper. Bake at 200 ° C for about 5 to 18 minutes.
