Ingredients

  • 20 slices puff pastry, each approx. 15 cm x 15 cm
  • Mustard, medium hot
  • 1 kg mett
  • salt and pepper
  • 20 slices cheese your choice

Instructions

  1. Lay out 10 puff pastry slices. Now halve the cheese slices. Put half a slice of cheese on each puff pastry slice and brush with mustard.
  2. Now distribute the meat evenly on each slice of cheese. Season with pepper and salt and place the remaining cheese slices on top. Now moisten the edges of the puff pastry and place the remaining puff pastry slices on top. Press the edges together and fold inwards. Place on the folded side on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven at 180 ° C until the puff pastry is golden brown.
  4. Note: Fast, easy and delicious - you can change it in many variations, e.g. Mediterranean or Asian.
