Ingredients

  • 2 packs puff pastry, fresher from the refrigerated shelf
  • 400 g spinach leaves, frozen
  • 1 packet feta cheese
  • 8 small tomato (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 egg yolks

Instructions

  1. Thaw the spinach and squeeze it out. Roll out the puff pastry, cover with the spinach, season with salt and pepper. Cut the tomatoes and feta into cubes and spread on top. Roll up the puff pastry and place the roll seam down on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Brush with egg yolk and bake in the oven at 200 ° C for about 20 minutes.
  2. A green salad goes well with it.
  3. Tip: If you like, you can cut the roll into slices before baking and bake golden brown snails.
