Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 500g flour
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ sugar
  • 80 g butter
  • 250 milk, lukewarm
  • 1 pack fresh yeast
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 100 g suar

For the filling:

  • Nutella

Instructions

  1. Pour the flour into a bowl and make a well in the middle. Put the yeast, a little milk and ½ teaspoon sugar in the hollow, cover with a little flour and let rise for about 10 minutes.
  2. After 10 minutes add the remaining ingredients and knead a yeast dough. Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
  3. Then divide the dough in two and roll both out into a round shape. Cut out circles with a glass. Put about 1 teaspoon of Nutella in the middle of each circle. Close the dough once and, as shown in the video, press it together and place the crescents in a springform pan.
  4. Brush the pastry with egg yolk and bake at 180 ° C for about 30 minutes.
