  • 1 large camembert (s)
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 3 egg (s)
  • Paprika powder
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 clove garlic

Instructions

  1. Remove the rind from the camembert and mash it with a fork in a sufficiently large bowl. Boil the eggs for 5.5 minutes until soft and stir into the camembert while still warm. Roughly chop the onion, finely chop the garlic and add both. Season with plenty of paprika, a little salt and plenty of pepper.
  2. Important: let it steep overnight.
