Ingredients

  • 500 g white cabbae
  • 1 medium onion (s), red
  • 1 teaspoon, heaped salt
  • 20 g iner

Instructions

  1. Finely cut or slice the white cabbage. Cut the onion into fine rings or slice it finely with the cucumber cutter. Put both in a large bowl. Sprinkle the salt on top and mix vigorously by hand, press and knead. Finely dice the ginger, grate or press, add and mix again.
  2. Let it steep or eat right away.
  3. Add oil to taste, personally I didn`t need any.
  4. The whole thing can also be eaten warm. To do this, heat the oil and fry the onions and the cabbage. Put the lid on and cook over low heat. It`s not that low in calories anymore.
