Ingredients

  • 200 g flour
  • salt
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 160 g butter
  • 4 onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tablespoon parsley, chopped
  • 600 g minced meat, mixed
  • 2 tablespoon meat stock, instant
  • 2 tablespoon capers
  • pepper
  • 100 ml cream

Instructions

  1. Knead the flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 egg, 125 g butter and 2 tablespoons water. Cool in foil for approx. 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees (convection 180 degrees). Grease the square baking pan (17 x 26 cm) and line it with dough. Pull up the edge. Peel the onions, cut 2 into rings, dice 2. Peel and dice the garlic. Braise the onion rings in 1 tablespoon of butter. Fry the onion and garlic cubes in the remaining butter. Fry the parsley and mince briefly. Season with broth, capers, salt and pepper. Put on the dough. Top with onion rings. Whisk 3 eggs and the cream, pour on. Bake for 45 minutes.
