- 150 grams flour
- 150 g cheese, rated
- 150 g ham, diced
- 3 onion (s), chopped
- 3 egg (s)
- 1 cup cream
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 1 pinch (s) pepper
- possibly caraway seeds to taste
- possibly paprika powder

- Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl. Mix the cream, sour cream and eggs in a small bowl, season well and add to the dry ingredients. Put the lid on the bowl and shake well. If you like, you can also season with paprika powder.
- Put the whole thing in a greased form (I use a silicone mold for this) in the oven for about 30 minutes at 180 ° C.
