Ingredients

  • 125 g butter
  • 1 orange (s), untreated
  • 3 egg (s) (size M)
  • 200 g suar
  • 180 g flour (wheat flour type 405)
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 100 ml milk
  • 200 g chocolate (block chocolate) or powdered suar
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • possibly fat for the mold

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a saucepan, then let it cool. Wash the orange with hot water and rub dry. Rub the peel, squeeze out the juice.
  2. Beat the eggs and sugar in a bowl with a whisk (hand mixer) until creamy. Mix the flour with the baking powder and stir into the egg and sugar cream with the orange juice, peel, milk and butter. Possibly Grease the muffin tray and distribute the batter evenly in the hollows or in baking tins (or both together). Bake the muffins on the middle rack at 180 degrees (convection) for about 15 minutes. Then let it cool down completely.
  3. For the glaze, melt the chocolate with the oil over a hot water bath or use a ready-made glaze. Depending on your mood, dip the muffin in the chocolate, garnish strips on top or leave out the chocolate entirely and only dust with powdered sugar.
