Ingredients

  • 500 ml orange juice, (if possible, self-squeezed)
  • 200 ml Prosecco or sparkling wine
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoon vanilla sugar or the pulp 1/ vanilla pod
  • g 1,000 preservin suar, 1: 1

Instructions

  1. Press the oranges. If you like, you can also add the pulp.
  2. Put the sparkling wine and the cinnamon + vanilla in a saucepan. Add the preserving sugar while it is still cold.
  3. Boil everything up. Let simmer for 4-5 min.
  4. Immediately pour all of this into hot glasses, close them and turn them upside down!
  5. The amount is sufficient for approx. (!) 4 glasses of 300 ml each.
