Ingredients

  • 1 point ladyfingers
  • 500 g mascarpone
  • 500 g quark (low-fat quark)
  • 400 ml cream
  • 6 orange (s)
  • 3 tablespoon Grand Marnier

Instructions

  1. Mix the mascarpone with the quark and the juice of an orange until smooth. Whip the cream until stiff, add 2 teaspoons of sugar to taste. Fold the cream into the mascarpone cream.
  2. Line a square glass mold with ladyfingers. Soak them with half the juice of an orange and the Grand Marnier. Now spread on half of the mascarpone cream. Peel 2 oranges so that the white skin is completely removed, cut into pieces and layer in layers. Layer another layer of ladyfingers, which are also soaked, mascarpone cream and 2 oranges in pieces. Let it sit for 2-3 hours or overnight.
  3. Tastes very fruity and refreshing, at the same time creamy. Important: use juicy, sweet oranges.
