Ingredients

  • 2 orange (s), the grated zest them
  • 200 ml orange juice, freshly squeezed
  • 100 g suar
  • 500 g mascarpone
  • 2 cups yogurt (orange yogurt) or crème fraiche
  • 300 g ladyfiners
  • 300 ml orange juice, freshly squeezed
  • 4 tablespoon Grand Marnier
  • Cocoa powder or grated dark chocolate

Instructions

  1. Mix the orange peel with 200 ml orange juice and sugar in a bowl. Then stir in the mascarpone and orange yoghurt (or crème fraiche).
  2. Place half of the ladyfingers on the bottom of a gratin dish. Now mix 300 ml of orange juice and Grand Marnier. Drizzle half of this mixed liquid over the biscuits. Spread half of the above-mentioned cream on top and cover this with the remaining ladyfingers. Drizzle again with the orange juice mixture and finish with the cream. Chill the orange tiramisu for at least 2 hours - better, but longer - until eaten.
  3. Serve the tiramisu sprinkled with cocoa powder or your own grated dark chocolate.
  4. Tip: garnish with orange fillets if necessary.
