Ingredients

  • 500 g mascarpone
  • 150 g yourt, 10% strenth
  • 3 point cream stabilizer
  • 100 g powdered suar
  • 7 orange (s)
  • 16 ladyfingers
  • 5 tablespoon amaretto
  • 100 g almond (s), chopped
  • 100 g pistachios, chopped
  • Cocoa powder, for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Fillet 6 oranges, squeeze out the separating skin, collect the orange juice. Squeeze out the juice of the whole orange. Mix the orange juice with the amaretto.
  2. Mix the mascarpone, yoghurt, powdered sugar and cream stiffener together well.
  3. Mix the almonds with the pistachios.
  4. Spread some of the mascarpone mixture on the bottom of a mold.
  5. Soak 8 ladyfingers on both sides in the orange juice amaretto and spread on top.
  6. Place half of the orange fillets between the biscuits and around them. Brush with mascarpone cream and sprinkle with half of the almond and pistachio mixture.
  7. Repeat the process with biscuits and orange fillets. Spread the rest of the mascarpone cream on top, sprinkle with the remaining almonds and pistachios.
  8. Put the tiramisu in the refrigerator for at least 2-3 hours.
  9. Sprinkle with cocoa before serving.
