Ingredients

  • 4 egg (s)
  • 160 g dark chocolate
  • 120 g suar
  • 120 g butter
  • 120 g sour cream
  • 120 ml milk
  • 200 g flour
  • 60 g cocoa powder
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 200 g milk chocolate, chopped
  • some flour for rolling

For the cream:

  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 2 packs cream stabilizer
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • 20 biscuit (s) (Oreo)
  • Possibly biscuit (s) (oreo) to garnish

Instructions

  1. Beat the eggs with the sugar. Melt the butter together with the dark chocolate in a water bath and stir in. Stir in the sour cream and milk. Mix the flour with cocoa and baking powder and add.
  2. Roll the milk chocolate pieces in a little flour and fold in. Divide the dough in half and bake two bases one after the other in a springform pan for 20 - 30 minutes each at 180 ° C (fan oven). Let cool down.
  3. For the filling, whip the cream with the cream stabilizer and vanilla sugar until stiff. Then stir 20 coarsely chopped oreos into the cream and spread on one of the two cake bases. Roughly crumble the second base and press lightly on the cream until the cream is completely covered. Finally, decorate with oreos as you like.
