Ingredients
- 250 g mascarpone
- 250 g quark (20%)
- 150 g natural yourt
- 2 tablespoon cream or milk
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 10 biscuit (s) (oreo)
- 500 g strawberries
- 50 g chocolate, white

- Mix the mascarpone, quark, yoghurt, cream and sugar until smooth. Crumble in the biscuits and pour the mixture into a bowl.
- Wash the strawberries, cut them into small pieces and add them to the mascarpone cream. Grate the white chocolate on top.
