Ingredients

  • 50 g sesame seeds, liht-colored, peeled
  • 250 g tomato (s), dried in oil
  • 1 tablespoon raisins
  • 5 tablespoon sesame oil, light, alternatively neutral
  • Lime juice, 1 - 2 teaspoons, depending on taste
  • Spice mixture (Ras el Hanout), 1/2 - 1 teaspoon, depending on taste
  • Salt, pul beaver or chilli flakes

Instructions

  1. Roast the sesame seeds in a dry pan, leave to cool. Drain the tomatoes, roughly chop. Puree the sesame and tomatoes with the raisins and oil with a hand mixer, season with lime juice and the spices.
  2. Tastes great over rice or with flatbread, possibly also sprinkle with black sesame seeds.
