Ingredients

  • 1 pack dough (fresh shortcrust pastry)
  • 400 g marzipan
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 tablespoon amaretto
  • 3 tablespoon jelly (currant jelly)

Instructions

  1. Roll out the shortcrust pastry, cut out circles and place on a baking sheet.
  2. Cut the marzipan into small pieces and mix with the amaretto and egg white until a smooth mass is formed. Use a piping nozzle to squirt rings onto the circles.
  3. Fill in the middle with jelly. Bake in the convection oven at 150 ° C for about 10-15 minutes.
