- Cut the ripe bananas into small pieces and freeze overnight. Put the bananas in the food processor and mix until a smooth mixture forms. Add the berries of your choice and let run until integrated.
- Put the mixture back in the freezer for at least an hour. Ice cream if desired with toppings, e.g., Sprinkle berries, desiccated coconut etc. and serve.
